Karen is responsible for driving the alignment, accelerated growth and integration of the CP & ESG division’s four award-winning, global, cloud-based software businesses, which collectively focus on corporate performance management, ESG, EHS, audit assurance and risk. The division employs approximately 3,000 people globally, operates in 34 countries, and serves customers in 167 countries. Its technology solutions reach 91% of companies listed in the Fortune 500 and more than 3,000 offices of the CFO. In 2023 alone, under Karen’s leadership, the CP & ESG division earned 22 awards and recognitions, including being named by independent research firm, Verdantix, as having the strongest market momentum among all ESG vendors in its prestigious Green Quadrant report.

Tracy is a leading global strategist in industrial, emerging technology and zero-emissions solutions. An engineer by trade with significant operational experience, she has run large portfolios and has considerable experience leading product- and service-focused organizations with complex industrial manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Otis, Tracy spent more than two decades with Cummins Inc. where she drove global growth in core business areas and developed key technologies to ensure customers could meet increasingly stringent global emissions standards.
She is passionate about developing, motivating and leading teams – especially during times of change – and is well known as an active mentor and sponsor, and as an authentic leader to all colleagues.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, and is a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB).

Judith served as Adobe’s Head of Platform Expansion at Adobe (AEP, 2018-2023) and most recently was SVP Cloud Growth at Acxiom. She launched Adobe Experience Platform out of beta with a tiger team in May 2019. Within four years, AEP exceeded $750MM ARR.
Previously, she had re-joined Time Inc. in 2016, returning to the company where she built her early career. During her 18 month stay as SVP, Data and Programmatic Solutions, Judith and her teams focused on the growth engines of the business; building Time Inc.’s data and programmatic offerings for advertisers and ultimately, positioning it for acquisition by Meredith, Inc in 2018. Prior, she held executive roles at AOL (now AOL/Yahoo).
Judith began her career in San Francisco where she held sales positions at IDG, a privately held B2B media company and at CMP, a global B2B media company providing information and marketing services to technology professionals.
Judith holds a dual MBA from Columbia Business School and Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

With a specialization in premium channel development, Dunja is renowned for pioneering innovative sales strategies tailored to evolving consumer preferences. Drawing from a decade-long tenure at Sony, where she navigated various product categories, Dunja managed profitable product P&Ls in the audio sector and supervised commercial operations for Home Entertainment and Sound in North America.
A native of the Netherlands, she is fluent in six languages and has lived in multiple countries but calls California her new home.
