Sofia Tulchinsky joined Salesforce in 2011 and is the SVP, COO Alliances & Channels. In this role, she leads a global shared services team responsible for strategy & operations, partner program & support, indirect market dev, M&A integration and enablement delivery. This year, she has predominantly focused on how Salesforce engages with its partner ecosystem to ensure the highest level of success for their joint customers. Continuously evolving their partner ecosystem is critical to Salesforce's success. Before joining Alliances & Channels, Sofia was part of the global business planning and customer success strategy & operations teams.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Sofia spent nine years at Exigen Group. She joined Exigen when it was an early-stage startup, working on the launch, M&A Integration and managing the sales operations/productivity teams.
Born in Ukraine, Sofia immigrated to San Francisco with her family at age four and has lived in New York, Miami and Los Angeles. She received both her B.S. and MBA from Golden Gate University.

Kush Tulsidas is an Operating Partner focused on sales and marketing strategy and execution at One Rock’s portfolio companies. He is responsible for assessing the growth potential of companies in the investment stage and improving profitable revenue growth post acquisition. Mr. Tulsidas brings over 20 years of experience building and improving businesses and has worked in both large corporate settings as well as in private equity. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Tulsidas ran a consulting firm focused on growing private equity-backed companies in the middle market. Prior to that, he worked with The Riverside Company as an Operating Growth Executive. During his career, he has assisted companies across multiple industries improve sales organizations and processes, implement and drive appropriate key performance indicators (“KPI’s”) and grow revenue.
Previously, Mr. Tulsidas worked for the Nielsen Company, where he spent nine years in senior leadership roles within the Sales, Consulting and Process Improvement departments. His most recent role at Nielsen was Senior Vice President, Client Consulting where he led the team responsible for servicing and retaining existing clients, growing share of wallet and driving new business in the media industry. Before joining Nielsen, Mr. Tulsidas worked at Cintas Corporation within their International Business and Six Sigma groups. He also founded and exited Soondar Secrets, an Organic Beauty company. Mr. Tulsidas started his career at KPMG in the audit function.
Mr. Tulsidas holds a B.Com. in international business and information systems from Curtin University and University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. Mr. Tulsidas is also a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and holds various certifications in Six Sigma, management, sales & negotiation and other trainings.

Dan Walsh is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Global Head of Business Strategy & Operations at Spotify. Dan oversees all operations across Spotify’s advertising business inclusive of campaign management, programmatic ad sales, pricing and yield, ads business insights, training & development, and sales/business operations.
Prior to Spotify, Dan was at Amazon Prime Video, where he was based out of the UK. He managed all EMEA marketing efforts across social and new marketing channels. He was responsible for driving growth in the 18-34 audience segment through the use of content development, influencers, media partnerships, IRL events, and social e-commerce.
Dan started his career in Advisory Services in NYC at Ernst & Young before heading into the media world. He moved to Yahoo / Tumblr where he began working in Sales Strategy & Operations, leading to his role as SVP of Global Business Operations at BuzzFeed, overseeing the growth & execution of $250M+ in ad revenue.
