Tony is a global executive with extensive experience in the technology sector leading global organizations through critical transitions to achieve their next level of financial, operational & market success. He brings pragmatic, results-driven leadership with a keen business acumen and P&L oversight that spans broad-based experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, new business development, and Go-to-Market planning & execution.
In his current role as Senior Vice President, Revenue Operations at Bestpass, Tony's responsible for developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, implementing an integrated technology stack to drive analytical insights and support key GTM processes across the customer life-cycle continuum.
Previously at MetricStream, Carroll was the Chief Operating Officer responsible for developing, operationalizing and executing strategies that drove growth and profitability across the entire enterprise. During his tenure, he enhanced business growth by redesigning the GTM structure and solution offerings, which drove consistent quarterly growth by doubling new logo acquisition while maintaining customer expansion and increasing customer retention.
Throughout his career, Tony has held several worldwide Operations and Sales leadership positions in other high-tech companies including Kony Inc. (now Temenos) Oracle and Primavera (now Oracle.)

As Head of Customer Experience for Verizon, Sasha is at the forefront of developing the company’s innovative strategies to evolve the customer experience. She is responsible for unlocking customer insights and end-to-end experience design across customer journeys with one mission – to create amazing digital first, omni-channel experiences for customers that deliver value, build trust, and ultimately differentiate the Verizon brand.
Prior to this role, Sasha led several transformation efforts in Digital Marketing and Experience for the Verizon Consumer business. In these roles, Sasha was responsible for driving real-time digital marketing efforts, digital sales growth, adoption of digital service tools, customer experience and overall digital operations.
Under Sasha’s leadership, the team leveraged a combination of analytics, automation and emerging technology to build simpler, smarter and more intuitive experiences, setting the standard for a unique, innovative and personalized journey for over 130 Million Verizon customers.
Sasha is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20+ years of experience transforming business at the intersection of digital, design, and technology to deliver digital transformation. She is skilled in managing complex, cross-functional agile teams in matrixed environments.
Before joining Verizon, Sasha spent eight years at Citibank N.A. holding various roles in digital development, experience and strategy for the Citi Cards and Global Consumer business.

He joins Vevo from Fullscreen, where he served as head of Sales for the company, as well as Otter Media properties including Crunchyroll, Roster Teeth SoompiTV and VRV. Prior to Fullscreen, Kevin was chief revenue officer of Shazam. He previously served as senior vice president of Sales at Hulu for nearly seven years, where he grew the sales team from zero to half a billion dollars in advertising revenue. Kevin has also held prior senior roles at NBC Universal and DoubleClick.
