Bruce Chesebrough is an operating partner at New Mountain Capital, where he spearheads the Commercial Excellence function. He has spent his entire career optimizing revenue performance as both a PE operating executive and CRO.
Over the course of his career, Bruce has worked in more than 100 industries including enterprise software, e-commerce, insurance, manufacturing, distribution & logistics, life sciences, defense, building materials, engineering, chemicals, construction, and medical devices.
Prior to New Mountain, Chesebrough was an operating executive at TPG Capital in a similar capacity. Prior to joining TPG, he held positions as managing director of the Revenue Enhancement practice at Alvarez & Marsal and chief revenue officer at Corbis Corporation.

Tom is a seasoned sales executive and sales organization leader, with experience selling to global Fortune 500 clients in B2B information and market research. He leads client development activities in the U.S. and Canada, driving sales execution and new business development, while building client-focused relationships internally with the services, product and marketing organizations.
Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales Strategy for Interactive Data Corporation (IDC). Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Client Services for Survey Sampling, Inc. and was with Gartner, Inc. where he was Group Vice President, North American Consulting.
Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Angie Volk leads the U.S. Sales team for 3M’s Medical Solutions Division, which will be the largest contingent of the new Healthcare-focused spin-off scheduled for early 2024. Her team supports this multibillion-dollar division’s products used across hospitals, transitional care facilities, and home healthcare.
Angie spent the majority of her career at Boston Scientific in the Cardiology Division, gaining cross-functional experiences across R&D, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Sales Operations. She also led the Urology and Critical Care commercial team at Becton Dickinson, the multinational medical technology and devices company, prior to joining 3M.
Volk is especially passionate about building high-performing cultures grounded in transparency and shared accountability, as well as talent development and upskilling across functions. She holds a BS in Mechianical Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Dan Walsh is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Global Head of Business Strategy & Operations at Spotify. Dan oversees all operations across Spotify’s advertising business inclusive of campaign management, programmatic ad sales, pricing and yield, ads business insights, training & development, and sales/business operations.
Prior to Spotify, Dan was at Amazon Prime Video, where he was based out of the UK. He managed all EMEA marketing efforts across social and new marketing channels. He was responsible for driving growth in the 18-34 audience segment through the use of content development, influencers, media partnerships, IRL events, and social e-commerce.
Dan started his career in Advisory Services in NYC at Ernst & Young before heading into the media world. Mr. Tulsidas brings over 20 years of experience building and improving businesses and has worked in both large corporate settings as well as in private equity. Prior to that, he worked with The Riverside Company as an Operating Growth Executive. Steve Rutledge is senior vice president of revenue operations for Informatica. In his role, he is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, systems, processes, enablement, and analytics for the global sales organization.
Steve brings more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. Kevin McGurn is Vevo’s president of Sales and Distribution, based in New York. He joins Vevo from Fullscreen, where he served as head of Sales for the company, as well as Otter Media properties including Crunchyroll, Roster Teeth SoompiTV and VRV. Prior to Fullscreen, Kevin was chief revenue officer of Shazam. He previously served as senior vice president of Sales at Hulu for nearly seven years, where he grew the sales team from zero to half a billion dollars in advertising revenue. Kevin has also held prior senior roles at NBC Universal and DoubleClick.
