Registration: Attendee substitutions are accepted as long as the substitution satisfies screening criteria and is approved by the Event Producer/Host.
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Betty Corrado.
Important Dates:
September 20, 2024: cancellations received by email (not voice mail) on or before this date qualify for a refund, less processing fees (credit card and $100 administrative fees).
After September 20 & No-Shows: Confirmed registrants who do NOT show up for this Forum or who cancel in writing after this date will not be refunded nor credited any portion of the registration fee.
Extended Room Nights: Attendees are liable for hotel charges for cancellations received after September 30th.
Note: Forum guest rooms are guaranteed in advance to the Breakers Resort and are different than the hotel’s direct booking cancellation policy which does not apply.
